Getting Started
First Step: Book A Consulation
Consultations provide an opportunity to learn about your child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals, while exploring how our services may best support them and your family.
Second Step: Partnership in Growth
Through clinical assessment, therapeutic services, coaching, consulting, or extended services, our care is designed so that progress inside the session translates into practical, usable strategies at home. Services may be delivered at home, in school, online, or all of the above; you choose what best fits your and your child’s needs.
Who We Serve
Rhythma Health Solutions™ serves individuals with neurodivergent and neurologically complex profiles, including autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences. This work is designed for those experiencing barriers related to activation and integration of the sensory and motor systems, emotional and arousal regulation, speech and language differences, and general functional engagement for carrying out activities of daily living and learning, with care tailored to support meaningful participation across home, school, and community environments.
Services may be appropriate (but not limited*) for individuals experiencing:
Difficulty with emotional regulation, transitions, or energy level modulation (high or low)
Sensory processing and integration differences
Challenges with coordination, timing, or motor planning, including speech and language development
Inconsistent attention, memory, or engagement
Difficulty generalizing skills across environments
*Support is individualized and responsive, grounded in each person’s unique profile and needs. All individuals who identify as neurodivergent are welcome, as care is not diagnosis-dependent but guided by functional presentation and individualized goals.
The Philosophy
The work is centred in a process that values partnership over perfection, not compliance. This means your child is not expected to perform, mask, or meet rigid expectations in order to succeed. Instead, the focus is on creating a space where they can show up as they are, without pressure, while we work together to understand how they access regulation via sensory activation/integration, motor coordination, and how they achieve functional engagement. From this foundation, sessions are intentionally structured to support the underlying systems that make participation, communication, and daily functioning possible. The process is collaborative, responsive, and individualized, allowing progress to emerge in a way that is authentic and sustainable, both within sessions and in everyday life.
Parent Testimonials
“Working with Jessica Teich has been an answered prayer for our family, and her genuineness shines through even across a screen. Because of her incredible ability to create new pathways, we have been able to truly hear our son’s voice in ways we once only dreamed of. She has helped our son learn to regulate and, just as importantly, taught us as a family how essential regulation is for receiving and processing information. Jessica is deeply talented, compassionate, and embodies inclusivity while maintaining high expectations that bring out the very best in every child. When words fail, music speaks—and through her, we have experienced that truth in the most beautiful and meaningful way.”
“For three years, our son has worked with Jessi Teich, and the impact has been extraordinary. As a nonspeaking autistic child, he is often misunderstood and underestimated, but Jessi saw him clearly from the very beginning. She has an exceptional gift for using music -- the beat, the structure, the energy -- to help him access and control his body in ways that once seemed out of reach.”
“We have been working with Dr. Jessi for years now, and we couldn’t imagine working with anyone else! She is highly skilled in neurologic music therapy, and continues to learn and be current in the field. We have seen improvements and more motivation in engagement with fine and gross motor skills when she is involved. Plus, her demeanor is so encouraging to work with; not to mention her beautiful voice-not many compare. She is a joy to work with and I can’t recommend her enough.”
